Corporate training people actually want to finish.

Takshara is a gamified learning management system for corporates. Employees learn inside a 3D virtual office, following quests from room to room, while managers get a clear view of team capability. Web and app, powered by AI, and built to enterprise-grade security standards.

The brief

Mandatory training.
Optional attention.

Most corporate learning is finished because it has to be, not because anyone wants to. Completion rates stay low, and managers get little insight into what their teams actually know.

What we built

Learning with a reason to come back.

01

A 3D office to learn in

Employees walk a virtual office and find assigned activities in its rooms, so learning has a place in the workday.

02

Quests, XP and rewards

MMORPG-style quests set a clear next step. Articles and graded quizzes earn XP, levels, badges and coins, with a celebration when a quest is done.

03

Skills and evidence

Quiz results feed a skills matrix with levels, role targets and team gaps, so managers see what people know, not just what they finished.

04

Authoring and assignment

L&D teams write articles, build quizzes, map them to skills, place them in the office and assign quests by department or role.

05

Compliance and audit

Departments, reporting lines and role permissions, plus audit records with completion, score, expiry and content version for every person.

06

AI, on web and app

AI built into the learning experience and the tools L&D teams use to run it, with the same learning on desktop and mobile.
